Wales scrum-half Tomos Williams has been forced to withdraw from the British and Irish Lions tour of Australia due to a hamstring injury. The injury, sustained during training, will prevent Williams from participating in any further matches on the tour. In his place, scrum-half Ben White has been called up to join the Lions squad. White, who plays for Toulon, will provide cover and competition in the half-back position as the Lions continue their preparations for the test series against the Wallabies.
