Temple University will offer a course titled "Kendrick Lamar and the Morale of M.A.A.D City" starting in Fall 2025. Professor Timothy Welbeck will lead the class, exploring Kendrick Lamar's work and its connection to the Black experience. The course aims to analyze the cultural and social impact of Lamar's music within the context of contemporary issues and historical narratives. It promises a deep dive into the lyrical complexity and thematic resonance of one of the most influential artists of our time.
