Songwriters can now showcase their written or co-written tracks directly on their profiles within the "Music" tab, similar to the existing artist feature. Registered songwriters will also receive a "Songwriter" label beneath their account name. This builds upon existing tools like the "New" tag and the "BehindTheSong" hub, allowing songwriters, artists, and producers to share insights into music creation. TikTok aims to give songwriters more visibility and recognition within its vast music ecosystem.
