Summer Games Done Quick (SGDQ) 2025 concluded in Minneapolis, raising $2.4 million for Doctors Without Borders. The week-long speedrunning event saw over 37,000 donations, including a single donation of $61,200. This year's event featured a Super Mario Maker 2 and Donkey Kong Jungle Beat relay race using DK Bongos, drawing a large in-person crowd of 2,600 attendees. The AEW Fight Night Forever run also generated significant excitement, finishing in approximately 40 minutes. SGDQ continues to be a major fundraising event within the speedrunning community.
