NASA's Lunar Trailblazer mission concluded prematurely after communication with the satellite was lost shortly after its launch on February 26 as part of the IM-2 mission by Intuitive Machines. Launched aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Kennedy Space Center, the satellite successfully separated from the rocket and initial communication was established. However, two-way communication was lost the following day, and attempts to re-establish the connection were unsuccessful. Limited data received before the loss of signal indicated that the satellite's solar arrays may not have been correctly positioned.
