A significant number of women refugees who arrived in Germany after 2015, particularly from Syria and Afghanistan, remain outside the workforce. This report examines the challenges these women face in securing employment, including language barriers, lack of recognized qualifications, and cultural differences. It also highlights initiatives being implemented to address these hurdles, such as language courses, vocational training programs, and mentorship opportunities aimed at integrating women refugees into the German labor market and empowering them economically.
