Google is increasing the price of its Nest Aware and Nest Aware Plus subscriptions starting in August 2025. The entry-level Nest Aware service will rise from $8 per month or $80 per year to $10 per month or $100 annually. Nest Aware Plus will increase from $15 per month or $150 per year to $20 per month or $200 annually. The new pricing will take effect on the first bill on or after August 15, 2025, or at the end of any promotional period. Google last raised Nest subscription prices in September 2023.
