Delta Air Lines plans to use AI to set approximately 20% of its ticket prices by the end of 2025. This dynamic pricing strategy aims to determine the maximum amount an individual is willing to pay for a flight. Following successful limited testing last year, Delta intends to move away from static pricing models. According to Delta's president, Glen Hauenstein, the AI-driven system will offer personalized prices based on individual factors. Delta currently uses AI to influence 3% of ticket prices.
