A boat carrying refugees and migrants sank off the coast of the Dominican Republic, resulting in at least four deaths and leaving 20 people missing. Dominican authorities rescued 17 individuals from the vessel, which was en route to Puerto Rico, a US territory. Search and rescue operations are ongoing to locate the missing individuals.
