Arsenal have completed the signing of Spanish international midfielder Martín Zubimendi from Real Sociedad for a fee exceeding £50 million. Zubimendi, 26, has signed a five-year contract with the Gunners, choosing them over reported interest from Real Madrid. The move marks a significant acquisition for Mikel Arteta, who identified Zubimendi as his top midfield target following the departures of Jorginho and Thomas Partey. Arsenal are looking to strengthen their squad after finishing as Premier League runners-up for the past three seasons. The club is also reportedly in discussions to sign Christian Nørgaard and Noni Madueke.
